Good leaders are approachable and accepting of new ideas which may come from people working under them.

Good leaders help uplift their employees when they do well in their job, and help coach them if they falter in their performance. Not everyone is at their 100% all the time, and a good leader knows and understands that.

If you show respect to your employees, it will make them naturally respect you more as a person, respect is earned.

A good leader is always building bridges with others, this helps create a healthier work environment.

Put in extra hours here and there if you want your employees to follow alongside you.

A great leader always wants to learn more. Always put your education first, whether it's using hands on knowledge of business management, or a course.
