Manik Mandal is a youth leader, entrepreneur, marketer, and community builder dedicated to empowering the next generation of Bangladesh. As the Founder of Let’s Spark BD, he envisions creating a platform where young people can develop practical skills, gain real-world experience, and access opportunities that help them build successful careers.
Currently pursuing his undergraduate studies at Northern University of Business and Technology, Khulna, Manik has actively participated in various leadership, volunteer, and extracurricular activities. His passion for youth development inspired him to establish Let’s Spark BD in 2024, with the mission of bridging the gap between academic learning and professional success.
Under his leadership, Let’s Spark BD has organized internships, skill development programs, competitions, webinars, and community initiatives designed to help students and young professionals grow personally and professionally. He strongly believes that every young person has untapped potential and deserves access to quality learning opportunities and career guidance.
Beyond Let’s Spark BD, Manik is also involved in digital marketing, entrepreneurship, content creation, and social impact initiatives. His long-term vision is to build one of Bangladesh’s leading youth development platforms that inspires, educates, and empowers thousands of young people across the country.

Rakibul Hasan Razu

Rakibul Hasan Razu is a passionate youth leader and community development enthusiast who serves as the Co-Founder of Let’s Spark BD. With a strong commitment to empowering young people, he has played a vital role in building the organization and creating opportunities that help students and aspiring professionals develop essential skills for their future careers.
As a co-founder, Razu has been actively involved in planning, organizing, and managing various initiatives, including internship programs, competitions, seminars, webinars, and youth engagement activities. His dedication to teamwork, leadership, and social impact has contributed significantly to the growth and success of Let’s Spark BD since its establishment in 2024.
Razu believes that the youth of Bangladesh possess immense potential and that providing them with proper guidance, practical experience, and learning opportunities can transform both individual lives and society as a whole. Through Let’s Spark BD, he continues to work toward creating a supportive environment where young people can learn, connect, and achieve their goals.
His vision is to help build a generation of confident, skilled, and responsible young leaders who are prepared to contribute positively to their communities and the nation.
