Our mission is to help them unlock that potential and turn it into real achievements.
Let’s Spark BD (LSBD) is a youth centric platform of Bangladesh, created to prepare the coming generation for an ever-changing world. Manik Mandal and Rakibul Islam Razu founded LSBD in 2024, driven by a simple but powerful realisation. Many talented young people are passionate about success but often struggle to find practical opportunities to develop skills and gain real world experience.
The founders noticed the same trend among the students and fresh graduates of Bangladesh. Many had good academic background and good career goals but lacked the ability to adapt to professional environments, industry expectations and hand on learning. Our country’s traditional education provides us with theoretical knowledge. But today, to be successful you need more than classroom. And for that you need communication skills, adaptability, leadership, teamwork, critical thinking and practical experience.
Recognizing this need, LSBD began its journey dedicated to creating opportunities that help youth develop personally and professionally at the same time. Since its inception, the organization has worked to connect learning with experience and aspiration with opportunity.
Our Purpose
Let’s Spark BD exists to empower young people. Every successful career begins with a learning journey, but that journey can often feel overwhelming for many individuals. Students experience uncertainty about career choices, skill development, and networking. Many are not sure where to start, which skills to focus on, or how to grasp an opportunity.
Our goal is to simplify that journey for the youth of our country. Our dream is to create a space for young people to learn, experiment, discover and build confidence. With our programs, activities and initiatives we provide young people with opportunities to continue to learn and grow throughout their lives.
